Firestik has a wealth of info on their site;
They cover just about everything from selecting, tuning, the hows/whys.  It's is where I grabbed these from.

Those are some good finds.  I've never seen anything like the lift adapter or the light bracket for the hinge. I've seen other versions of the dog leash/harness

Jeep Talk / Re: Activating DVD function on 730 radio

Shoot4fun nailed it. The lockpick turns all features of the radio on. 4 camera inputs, DVDs while moving, gps entry while moving and I believe it activates an audio/video output Chnl so you can hook up another display. It also has an a/v input so you can hookup an Xbox or other device.

Jeep Talk / CB Radios and Antennas: TUNING
« on: October 12, 2017, 02:02:24 PM »
I have seen various posts inquiring about cb's, antennas and how to tune. I have attached a document from Firestik that talks you through tuning your antenna. I recommend Firestik's site and thier EXTENSIVE Tech Help page. They have a lot of info on this subject.

Here is the WNWR Closure Map...

Like has been mentioned, you are in a National Wildlife Area so behave accordingly:
Stay on the marked trails, stay out of the farmers fields, No camping and no firearms (except on managed hunts) and pack out your trash.

Off Topic / Trail riding and WNWR
« on: October 12, 2017, 01:50:59 PM »
I have seen people ask about some easy/evening/local trails to ride and Wheeler almost always comes up. While easy to-get-to directions for the "North" side of the river come up, what is never mentioned is the long trail that runs on the "South" side of the river. I am talking about the Truck Trail West, Truck Trail East and Tally Bottom Road. These pretty much run the whole river bank from Decatur/Priceville to the 231 bridge.

WNWR does have a Tear map that you can download and a hard to use interactive map. I have taken the liberty to download/attach the map for those that are interested. They also post a closure map of the areas that will be closed effective Nov 15th.

There are several of us on the 5th floor wondering who owns that Jeep! That sure is a sweet looking ride. Russ dropped of a blue koozie yesterday. He also pointed your Jeep out.

Those are some good mods and it came out great. Very similar to what I did to my '05TJ.
