Jeep parts from Amazon.
« on: October 29, 2016, 08:55:40 AM »
IF any of you buy parts from Amazon, They will be charging 8% sales tax starting on Nov. 1. Yes that's good for our state economy(I guess?), BUT... I like to save money. call me cheap.

anyway, I used it as an excuse to finally ordered some Smittybuilt fenders I've been drooling over. no more huge plastic fender for me!!

That's the ones I have. I love them. Just paint or plastidip the rear inner fenders. On the fronts, be real careful cutting the liners. I'm about to order the Ace Engineering liners for the front of mine. I kinda butchered the stock ones.

Yeah, tax, that's why I ordered a set of fog lights today. I got them to save money. Y'all remember that if my wife asks.

They work well.  Very bright  and fill the area just below my JWS headlights with quality light. There were some install issues to make them properly fit in the stock bumper and if you don't want to cut the stock wiring you will need a wiring adapter.

Mine will be here tomorrow. I should have them installed in the next few days. I'll just shine them over towards your house and you can decide if you like them or not.

These have done well for me, EXTREMELY bright, in fact I haven't used them on the road because im pretty sure they would blind all oncoming drivers.
also they are the "halo" style which I got to match my headlights, https://goo.gl/photos/G5Qig9thGMvde7vV7 the only thing is the halos are diff temps so they dont match and I leave them unplugged.
