That's A LOT of lights!

Ya, I need to align them.  They aren't all going to point at the same spot.

Spent all day changing out the spark plugs. This has been by far the hardest plugs I've ever changed.

Had to take off the plenum which had about a dozen bolts and as many vacuum lines and other connections. Next time I'll pay someone to do it.

Is that a 3.6??  I need to do mine.
Honestly, I'd check around and see what some places would charge. When I say all day I really mean all day. It was a royal pain. I would have paid some more to have someone else do it. Haha. Yes it is the 3.6L

I followed this Link to do mine.

Did you replace the coil packs and plenum gaskets too?

@Jared looks like I'll be taking on this job myself. Lowest quote to change the plugs and the Plenum gaskets is $365.

Holy cow. That's crazy.

I didn't replace them only because I didn't know I would be down to that level until after I started. I pulled them all out and checked them as well as cleaned them up and got any residual dirt off the gaskets. I also took my throttle body off and cleaned it real good.

I have NO idea what all this stuff is but (like my suspension) I have a feeling I will be learning about it soon!  Maybe we should have a 'work day' where we do this on someone's Jeep (I volunteer HiHo)!  I am alway scared to tear in to stuff I don't understand but once I do it once I'm good to go...

At the NAPA on the Arsenal they quoted me over $700 which included the coil packs and gaskets.

At rock auto the parts are:

Iridium plugs $8 ea x6 = $48
Coil packs $25 ea x6 = $150
Plenum gaskets $.50 ea x6 = $3

$201 total.

$700 is outrageous.

I would check out advance auto. You can often find pretty good discount codes that stack. I got my plugs from them for less than $30 they were $9 each. I didn't look into the rest.

Do ya'll have part numbers for this stuff?  My Jeep probably needs this... Wonder what it would cost from Amazon?  I still want to have a work day to see how hard this is to do...

Lost the factory fenders and made my jeep look like a T-rex, poison spider flares when I get back.
I have a jeep, with parts on it.

Well not just today but this week I installed my Grabars, put on my new front track bar, greased and lubed everything and finally today but some RCW stickers on the red Jeep. I procrastinated about the stickers because I am tall and don't like looking through the windshield banner but it is really a eye catcher. So I came up with something else...I think everyone will know which Jeep club I am in.  See what you guys think when you see it. First chance will be bright and early when the Hardee's group meets tomorrow for the trip to AOP.

Rosita got a new bumper, winch, and light. 20" LED bar from Amazon is $32 and is super bright. I'm doing an install vid and I'll probably post it. Happy with the results so far.
