I'll bet that was a pretty lengthy ordeal. Did you hit any snags or did it go smoothly?

It was all snags.  It did save approx $1200 from what a few shops quoted me.

A few more changes. 

Wheels are now Dirtylife 9303DT-1 beadlocks with 37” Cooper STT Pros. Gears have been swapped to 4.56 with Eaton tru-track limited slip front and rear.  The Hardrock steps have been removed with some Poison Spyder rocker knockers getting painted and ready for install.  The Smittybilt front bumper has been replaced with a Poison Spyder brawler lite shorty.

Motobilt diff covers have been installed
JWS fogs have been installed
Rocker knockers are in. Painted inserts are waiting for good weather to add the clear coat.

Still waiting in the garage for install:

Smittybilt X2O 10k winch
Adams 1310 front drive shaft
Switch/relay box for accessories
Smittybilt rear tire carrier for 10A rear bumper
KC Gravity Pro LED lights for the windshield pillars.
